Fasting begins.....

Already announced.....The fasting month will begin this coming tuesday on 2nd Sept, 08. Wah, September already came...haitsss time flies so fast. Tmw, start tah ni kan bangun awal untuk sahur hehe kira training la tu....Im sure I will be very lazy to wake up at 4 a.m. :) Malaysia will begin their fasting tmw, earlier than us huhuhu :( otherwise, I can enjoy another holiday. Nahhh, I have to teach tmw night again.. anyway its ok la, dpt jua gaji sehari daripada nada kwang kwang kwang lol........ One month to go, syawal akan menjelma.. ooops awal jua kan Raya ah hehehe nda apalah, semangat saja.

Miri Trip (30th Aug 08)

Normally, I went to Miri with my family (most of the time with brothers and my mum) or friends but this time, I followed my sister's family, my 2nd sister. Haha actually its quite a long time I have never been to Miri this year. Seldom go there. Biasalah...kalau ku dengar ada org kan kesana sini, sure i wanna join also hahaha......

Since my sister told us she wanna go Miri, hmm I decided to join her with her husband. Padahal, ia kan tinggalkan anak sulungnya, my nephew....and her son ok with that. But once I joined her, my nephew also wanted to follow....cheh!! Im the firs one in my family who join my bro-in-law to Miri. It was not a bad trip though.... Walaupun nada papa ku bali...haitsss the only difficult part was my sister didnt want me to go too far from them. Perhaps because I got that silly sick hehe. I dun mind. Anyway, we left our house about 5.30 a.m. My nephew and my sister quite annoying, knocking my door before 5 am. Balum lagi my hp punya alarm berbunyi...haha.

We arrived Miri about 7 am + and we surveyed a few workshops, u know la....my bro-in-law want to buy some stuffs for his motorcycle.... kalinya macam2 karenah my nephew buat. The youngest one who is still 1 yr plus, so notti, always make much noise....and then my other nephew, lagi tah, inda sabar2 kan ke Bintang Plaza....asking his dad to bring there ASAP. Kan ke Popular Bookshop lah tu :) Gosh, the exchange rate was BN$1 >>> RM$2.38 its quite high u know hehe. Last time I was in KK only 2.35. Tapi boring jua d sana ah, napakah... no idea. Not much thing I can buy there...since I had limited move huhuhu :( have to stay close with them as always... walaupun sometimes aku kan mau separate with them.... Within 15 mins, sure they will come to find me hehe....

What a trip..... new experience for me. Ok lah

Birthday party for my younger brother!!

Yesterday was my younger brother's birthday and as being planned, all of us wanna throw a surprise party for him... Hmm it was just a small party though.. cos my bro really dun like us to celebrate his bday... Well, it was my plan actually. I told everyone that 29th August was his birthday, so everyone took part to buy outside food while my mum cooked a few dishes at home. We didnt celebrate at restaurant, etc haha ..... otherwise my younger bro sure get sensitive wan :) haha not to say dun wan, cant afford or to save budget hmm :D

There were few dishes such as mihun, fried rice and BBQ style chicken (cooked by my mum). We dont have enough time to salai/ do BBQ outside our house...errr need to find arang lagi, yet not enough pekerja haha. Eldest sister just bought soto and pais daging from pasar malam, 2nd sister bought sate and ketupat (yang paling laku la katakan hehehe sekejap habis satay, luckily aku ada chance ~~ toink, cana kan diet ni??) I just enjoyed the food, inda terkawal lagi, inda tepikir kan control apa haha.... once for a while wahaha.... My fourth sister bought kway teow goreng, mee goreng mamak (from Pasar Malam too) and drinks while my third sister bought two cakes, one is blueberry + blackforest for my younger brother and another one is for her daughter, vanilla cake + blueberry, simultaneously celebrate her 10th birthday. So damn hot!! House current trip for twice in a day

What the hell yesterday nite!!! I cant sleep well. It was twice our current trip since 8pm. Let's begin with the first case. I was cooking, preparing for my dinner while it was raining heavily. I ignored that.... since my stomach already made noise haha. I wish I can tahan without dinner but I was so hungry. Hmm.... At the middle of enjoying my meals, suddenly the house current trip... Lol.... How am I gonna see my food?? That was so interrupting! I had to take my torchlight to take my dinner. Cant stay so long eating in the dark arrghh... Half an hour later, the current suddenly on... yeahhh now I can online and update my photos on friendster. While I chat with my frens in msn, suddenly the current trip again for the second time, that was around 11 pm. Haitsss I was tired already and lied down to the bed.....and take a nap. As I woke up, I checked my hp and it was already 3 am. I wanna go to the toilet but to my shock, there was still no light outside my room ..... meaning the second trip was still not fixed. Aiya, I dun think I can sleep now. But I tried...... and it was alredy 6.00 p.m. when my sister woke up to get ready preparing and sending her kids to school. Shuhhhh....cant believe this would happen last nite. As a result of that, I suggested my mum to go out this morning and had lunch outside hehe... until the current was on....

Swimming for 10 laps....

This afternoon, I went to stadium with my younger brother where he went for a jog and I went for swimming. Today, I set my goal to swim breaststroke for at least 1 hour. So we arrived there about 5.30 p.m. Quickly, I changed to swimming outfit about 10 mins, then I started to swim breaststroke from 5.40 p.m till 6.25 p.m. I took a short rest for every 2 laps, then continue swimming again for another 2 laps. I managed to finished my swimming for only 10 laps. New record for me as this was my first time swimming breaststroke with discipline hehe... I can do turning for every laps. Usually, I will swim both freestyle and breaststroke also. But today, I just concentrate on breaststroke, really satisfy with my performance. Next time again, gonna practice breaststroke again. Practice makes perfect, that what the old saying..... And one day, I will switch to freestyle :)

TP results already published!!!

Finally, the day arrived...... I have been waiting for our result for Teaching Practice and just published yesterday. Without hesitation, I already expected that I got C. Throughout my teaching at Berakas Secondary School (SMB), I was being supervised by two lecturers from UBD, both from Guidance and Counselling Unit. One of them wasnt strict, yet she gave me many critics to improve my teaching. However, the other supervisor....gosh.......a small mistake also became a big issue. A friend of mine who taught at Puteri Masna was also supervised by these lecturers and what she told me, the strict supervisor didnt satisfy with her performance in delivering the lesson through Overhead Projector hahaha.... what a misery for us... Al we can do was "Be Patient". I had 2 cooperating teachers, one was the Head of Dept Geography and another was her assistant. Damn, I didnt like the critics from the 2nd CT. I almost give up. If I observed the way they teach, they are still focussed on teacher-centred approach. But in my case, she wanted me to teach more on discovery learning.. Hahaha in fact, the classes that I taught were all weak learners... How am I going to handle with that?? Asking a simple question to the students, they also blurrrr.... Malas kan cakap sini la hehe ... I know this is our Teaching Practice and we have to make the best of ourselves by using the available teaching aids. Yet, those supervisors also need to know the condition/ situation of the classes that I taught. Its not that simple. Nowadays, students prefer to play rather than study.

For 1 year I took Post-graduate certificate of education, I got B for overall grade for Semester 1 whereas C+ for overall grade for Semester 2. From now on, we just have to wait for next graduation, somewhere in October...yeahhh yeahhhhh 2nd convocation for me :-p

Buzy day today!!

Today was a tired day for me!! Really loss energy since morning till evening hehe but it was quite fun rather than too free all the time. I went to MOE at Ong Sum Ping this morning, giving my TP result. Hopefully, they will reply my application ASAP. This is the third time I have already applied :( yet they gave the same answer "there is still no such vacancy to teach Geography at the moment. Anyway, we will keep records of ur details bla bla bla". Not to say they rejected my application but soon there will be vacancy, then only they will inform me. Later, I went to Kiulap to meet my nephew. I was thinking to bring him lunch at Qlap mall as well as looking for new dvds. I bought "the number 23", the actor is Jim Carrey. Feeling hungry, we had our lunch at Jollibee. Me and my younger brother ate rice with fried chicken but my nephew didnt order anything, perhaps he was full already after his mum brought him makan.

Soon after we had finished our dinner, my sister fetched her son and later, we went to Kedai Kominis to find new dvds again hehe... Gosh, I bought 8 dvds today. Crazy larrr... Tmw Im free and gonna watch them. We arv home about 2pm and I slept for an hour plus. Maybe I was so tired that morning. Now I start to think what shud I teach for my Evening class students. So I made preparation and come out with an idea >>> I wanna test their listening skills on the system of Hanyu Pinyin. So earlier tonite, I brought my laptop to the class. First thing to do was continuing our previous lesson:

第六课: 我们去游泳，好吗？

This time, I dont teach them any conversation as we had already learnt last week. So I just gave them a simple test on listening by distributing the papers in which I will say the hanyu pinyin and they will circle the right pinyin which they hear from my mouth :) Then, I explain to them some of the words that new to them such as 俄国，法国, etc. I also elaborate the usage of tone sandhis such as 你好，我很好，一下，不要，不能，etc. In the paper, there were also lots of chinese characters where they can practice writing. So I just asked them to finish it at home. I can feel this lesson was quite successful since the students also gave positive feedbacks...haha thanks a lot. Throughout the lesson, we had several jokes which made the class more entertaining, thanks to those two sisters from Tutong :)

The second part of the listening was by using my laptop. This time I wrote the chinese character on the board and let the students hear the pronunciation from my chinese software. This is the funniest thing. Most of them didnt have clue what they heard. And few of them...yeahhh can be said "mental" hahaha due to lack of focus. Perhaps they were still not get used to it. Thus, I have to put pressure on them especially listening part and writing.

Anyhow, one of my students (orang putih from Scotland) praised me for my creativity in teaching them in various ways. Last time, we learnt simple grammar, then moves on to introduction of new vocabulary on sports, conversation and lastly, listening skills. Thanks for the praise anyway.... I appreciate that... BUT I still believe I weak in this language and delivering of the lesson. I need more practice to teach and put extra effort....

I reached home about 9.30pm, and then have a dinner (kinda late ah).... I have gained my weight again :(

Now, its time for me to watch DVD.... heheee

KK Trip (22nd Aug 08 - 24th Aug 08)

This KK trip can be considered a tough one for me as I travelled alone this time. Well, its not easy as you can expect. Its very hard to get permission from my family especially my mum. Obviously, the main reason is my illness which really problematic for my trip. Mum cant imagine how if I get those illnesses in KK with no one is beside me. To make her feel ease, I told her that I would be staying with my friend, Simon who stays at Likas, somewhere near the school area. *Sigh...She felt relieved to know that hehe. Well, according to my plan, I will stay about 2 nights at my friend's house.

1st DAY

On friday (22nd), my eldest bro sent me to the Muara terminal where I departed from Brunei to Labuan by taking Seri Anna's ferry at 7.30am and reach at Labuan about 9.00 am. I contacted my Mum once I arrived Labuan, just to let her know that Im in good condition. Not exception to my Auntie at Labuan too, I called her saying that I arrived Labuan. She almost asked her daughter to pick me up but I dun think that will be necessary for me.

I dunno what to do, kinda boring sitting alone hehe


I just walked around at the bandar area, searching for money exchange, then only I could pay for ticket to go KK.

Time for departure from Labuan: 1.00 p.m.

Arrive at KK: 4.10 p.m.

Sitting for 3 hours + made me tired and cramp la hehe. The water wasn't rough (no big wave also). But I couldn't sleep due to the smell of medicine (minyak panas) huh.... One my left was Chinese lady and on my right was a Filipino guy; both of them were damn friendly. Everytime I sat in the ferry, I will msg my mum to give the latest info hehe. Then we leave Labuan ... ... ....... The only thing Im worried that time was the tendency to have vomit. It has been quite a long time since I was a kid used ferry. The latest I went to KK was last year in 2007 by car :)

Arriving at KK's jetty, I called my friend, Simon who will fetch me there. Wahhhh I never expect that I will finally arv KK alone haha... To my curiousity, I asked myself; where to chop passport? Then I called my cousin at Labuan. She said once we we arv KK, no need to chop passport. The same thing when we leave KK. We already chop at Labuan :) Owh, now I understood. She also said I have to buy the ticket at Jesselton, somewhere near the jetty. Ah, quickly, I went in and asked around... Somehow, the counter for ticket was already closed (it only opens from 6.30 a.m. till 1.30 p.m.) Suxxxx!! So, I had to buy the next day la.

4.30 p.m. >>> Simon wanna bring me for makan... aiya, the difficult part in KK ah is to find parking.. lol. Followed his Nissan Extrail, cant get parking easily. Then he decided to go at Hyatt Regency where he will go for sauna whereas I went for swimming. Nice hotel though :)

6.00 p.m. >>> Simon brought me to Pizza hut for dinner. Hmm as usual, I dunno what to eat if my family or frens bring me to Italian restaurant. So I just ordered Spaghetti, more to veggie. Its quite delicious and we shared our meals.

7.30p.m. >>> Simon sent me to Novotel. This time, another friend of mine, John, wanna meet me just to feel how the hotel looks like. So he persuaded me to follow him. At first, he wants to bring me to stay with his family. Since I wanted to shopping at One Borneo on Saturday, so he wanted to check in at the hotel la...... *Ps. Simon is studying on Saturday and Sunday from 8.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. at Universiti Malaysia Sabah, taking his degree. For this reason, John asked me to accompany him at the hotel where I can do more shopping that nite and the next day :)

8.00 p.m >>> John checked in the hotel, We just spent one nite there. One standard room if Im not mistaken is about RM$200 ++.

8.30 p.m. >>> After finished taking shower, I got an idea..... to watch movie at One Borneo. John didn't have any protest. So we watched "Death Race" at 9.15 p.m. hmm One Borneo got 8 screens (I think so hehe) and yeahhh It was big and have large space inside the cinema :) But the pop corn is lousy, not nice compare to Brunei hahaha.

11.30 p.m. >>> We back from movie and time for sleep. Get ready for the next day, shopping shopping shopping.... so need to keep energy heheee. John suggested that I would do the check out while he would bring my luggage and only send to me on sat nite. How nice having fren like him. So, in the morning, I can have rest again at Novotel :)

2nd Day

6.00 a.m >>> woke up early in order to buy the ticket back to Labuan. We went to jesselton about 6.45 a.m. I bought ticket package, that was straight from KK to Labuan and from Labuan to Brunei. Only cost about RM$53 including tax. But I still have to pay RM$5 tax at Labuan which mean RM$58 altogether. Still considere cheap hah hehe. We had a light breakfast at Jesselton. I just ate a mixture of kway teow and mihun goreng; and I drank Tea tarik panas.

7.30 a.m. >>> we went back to Novotel and I packed my stuffs. John, as he told me, would keep my luggage in his car (Toyota Prado) hehe.. until he finished work and I have done my shopping.

8.00 a.m. >>> Hmm at this time, I dunno what to do since Im alone in the room, so I just watched TV la. The shops also didnt open yet. What shall I do leh??? Lying on the bed, watching TV hahah.

9.00 a.m. >>> I started to walk around, see if any shop already opens. Well, One Borneo is not that big as Mid Valley or Times Square. It has big space but not many ppl. Unlike the centrepoint which I still remember last year, it was crowded with flocks of ppl here and there.


10.oo a.m. >>> Most shops were already opened such as Levis, Hush Puppies, Adidas, Nike, Borneo Rainforest village, and some restaurants such as Old Town, and Dome. Though the shops offered 50% discount, yet the price was still expensive, i.e. from $200 ++ to $100++.

The Manhattan Fish Market

I did shopping at One Borneo for 2 hours, then I went to Borneo rainforest village for a simple lunch... huh just ate Malay traditional kuih :) My purpose to go there was only to take several photos at the traditional village. It was beautiful, decorated with artificial stuffs such as Org Utan, ducks, villages in the jungle and wooden bridge.

Still having my lunch, John msg me to remind me to do check out at 12.30pm. Oh my god, time almost arv. I went back to Novotel quickly and wanna check everything in the room if something still left or not. Wahlao eh, the room was automatically locked! I was amazed. Then, two bellboys told me, I better asked the receptionist. She already locked my room and as I requested again to check the room, she extended the time till 1 pm. How lucky I am hehe. Now everything was settled. Time to continue shopping again at One Borneo.

1.00 p.m. - 3.00 p.m >>> Shopping at One Borneo, nothing to buy there... just windows shopping de heheh...

~~ 3.00 p.m. >>> I went to concierge to ask how to get ticket for shuttle bus. The guy at the information counter said the ticket was free. The bus was own by One Borneo. And the first place it travelled would be Likas square, then Warisan Square, Shangri La, etc. With such information, I took the ticket to go Warisan square which was near to Centrepoint. They gave me two ticket (One was to go Warisan and another ticket was to go back to One Borneo) but I didnt use the other ticket as Simon will pick me up at Centrepoint. The guy showed me where to get the bus...and in a hurry, I managed to catch the bus yihaaaa. My first experience to go to Warisan by bus.

3.20 p.m. - 4.00 p.m. >>> The bus dropped me at Warisan square and I did shopping there... well, nothing much can be bought there... Not many shops except various restaurants hehe.

4.00 p.m. - 7.00 p.m. >>> I went to Centrepoint by walking.... and this was the Mall that I really wish to do more shopping. First of all, I went to Popular bookshop haha u know la, Im addicted to books. Later, I went to Ngiukee to buy few shirts for my nephew and my younger brother. Gosh, it took more than half an hour to choose their shirt haha especially my nephew who was still 1 yr plus (coming 2 yrs old) and also another 2 yr old + nephew. Haitsss so pening la... I had to show the sample of the shirt to the sales lady hehe. Besides that, I also encountered few problems in buying a t-shirt for my younger brother. He used to wear long sleeve before but I dun think i would buy him long sleeve again this time. Perhaps I prefer to buy short sleeve for him, and not so thick....so that he wont feel hot.

I only take light dinner during this time. I went to McDonalds, eting fish o fillet, with french fries and cola.

7.00 p.m. >>> I contact Simon, asking him where was massage centre in KK hehe that time, my shoulder already tired lorrr and foot also cracked. I need to have masage after whole day shopping and walking. Just about 10 mins, Simon came to fetch me at Centrepoint and he brought me to the massage centre at KK, which was done by a Chinese guy from China. The massage centre was just across the centrepoint. So, I just left my small schoolbag and the things that I bought in Simon's car whereas I went to massage. Actually, Simon wanted to bring me to watch concert with his friends but I dun want. I rather prefer to do shopping :)

7.15 p.m. - 8.15 p.m. >>> I was having full body massage. In comparison to the Brunei's healing touch and this massage in KK, the former is much better though the service was limited. The Brunei wan was also done by China men but their massage are really superb, I like it. They knw what I want. This massage centre in KK, done by 20 y.o. China guy wasnt make me satisfy ehehe. But there are much facilitites such as shower room, sauna, locker room and the y will served us with any drinks such as Chinese tea, milo, nescafe, etc. Brunei's healing touch had chinese tea and porridge only. However in terms of price, this masage from KK was cheaper than in Brunei, only costs about $68 including tax. But in Brunei, although they charge for $35, we can ask for Bekam which is free :) Soon after I had finish my massage, I contact John to fetch me since my luggage was with him. He also promised to meet me again. So, I walked to centrepoint again and met him there.

8.30 p.m. >>> John fetched me from Centrepoint and brought me to One Borneo as I wanna buy some stuffs there which I already target since afternoon hehehe. Simultaneouly, another friend of Simon, Thomas, want to get to know about me.. HEHE its ok also mah... having more friends abroad can be helpful if we have emergency problem.

9.15 p.m. >>> I met Thomas at Novotel lobby where he brought me for makan.... hehe that time I was still hungry la, just makan di McDonalds. So he brought me somewhere hmmm I cant recall la, but the place was full of Chinese community haha. I only saw few Malay ppl hang out there. Damn! We cant find parking easily. We had made several rounds and how lucky are we to get a space.... Nasib saja kereta Thomas isnt that big hehe. (Dunno what car he is using, some kinda of Suziuki Ignis but this one is Msian Product). Anywhere, I like the food.... I ordered rice which served with satay, telor mata lembu and ayam salai... so nice liao :) Thomas only ordered sausages hahaa. We enjoyed the meals and had a chit chat till 10 pm +.

10.30 p.m. >>> Actually Thomas stayed at Tg. Aru area but I wasnt familiar with him... vener want to stay with him and his family. So, stick to my plan, Thomas sent me to Simon's house, somewhere around school area (chinese school). *ps. Simon is a Malay teacher actually hahaha. His Malay was really good compare to me. Im quite embarassed as I used more English to speak with him.. hehee the thing was I didnt confident to speak mly (how if my Bruneian slang was out?? Sure he cant follow!!). Simon's house was not bad, though everything was messy, full of books and papers. There were two rooms; Bed room and classroom which was well equipped by Simon with Large whiteboard, 2 long tables for his students and one desktop to teach them. How nice ah...... I took shower and packed my things. Then I wanted to see what did Simon do haha mengacau lah aku :) He was doing research on Malaysian festivals such as Chinese New Year, Raya, etc.... for his upcoming presentation. Haitssss hearing about presentation, I really miss about it... Now, Im just waiting for full-time job. Hopefully I will be called for interview. Soon after I finished everything, I just watched tv on closing ceremony of Olympic Beijing 08. Then I slept about 12.00 p.m. Simon was still doing his work hehe... He kept on remind me to wake up at 6 a.m. as we must leave the house at 6.45 a.m. Haha okay... No problem. I set my alarm at 6 a.m. And thats it about the trip at KK. Hopefully I have the chance again if I got a job.

3rd Day

6.00 a.m. >>> I saw Simon already woke up and cleaning his kitchen and the table. So, I took shower quickly as I need to be at the Jetty at 6.45 a.m. The main reason was because Simon have to go to UMS at 8 a.m.

6.45 a.m. >>> We left the house and he drove to the jetty. To my curiousity, I didnt know where will I do the check-in. Simon told me "just go ahead to the orange hut" and the guy over there will tear the ticket. I followed his unstructions and seems I arrived early. Now, its time to say goodbye to Simon. I really felt bad to him as I dont have anything to offer him such as buah tangan or money to sedekah :(

Since I arrived early, I had a simple drink outside Jesselton. Around 7.30 a.m. then only I went to approach the guy to check in.

Ticket package from KK to Labuan & From Labuan to Brunei = RM$53 including tax. But have to pay RM$5 tax at Labuan terminal again hehe

I hate this travelling by ferry which takes about 3 hours 15 mins. Sitting too long in the ferry made me exhausted. However, that morning I was a bit sleepy so I slept la until 10 a.m. + which was almost the time to arrive Labuan.... I contact my cousin, Noi, my Auntie's daughter to fetch me as I wanna take some stuffs from my Auntie for my mum hehe. Gosh, she fetched me with her bf hehe..... I never met him before :) The sad thing while I arrived at auntie's house at Batu Arang, she was out with my uncle to "Majlis Doa Arwah". So her daughter and son-in-law treat me la. Not bad also... I had a good experience with them. Time flies so fast. Almost 1 o'clock. I need to go to the terminal to check in. Suddenly, my sister drop me a msg, asking me to buy family's favourite chocolate

In the ferry, I sat with a Chinese guy from KL, named Nicholas....hmm so damn friendly lar... We had several jokes on the way to Brunei hahaha.

The ferry arrived at Muara terminal around 2.45 p.m. Shuhhh, Im very happy at this moment cos my trip was successful. After I have done to chop passport, I followed my eldest brother's car who had waited for me outside the immigration office. Im glad that my ambition to KK was fulfilled. I have always thought about my mum and my auntie; both of them always worried for me if I might get vomit at the ferry. Thanks god, Im not vomit at all..... Thats it, one of the sweetest memory that I cant forget in my life :)

Yeahh just received my august salary

Yesterday was a happy day for me as I received my salary for august 2008 (tuition), yeahhh yeahhh happy happy :) It wasn't bad, so I can pay e-speed and save some for future use.

Arriving at the tuition centre, Im not patience actually, keep saying in my heart "how much my boss will pay me?" hahaha. Gila ya? Inda sabar! In the class, I keep counting the number of students, I hope everybody will come, otherwise my boss will deduct the payment. She pays me per head which is not bad as compare to other tuition before. Elsewhere, once I cannot teach, then there will be a teacher who will replace me and the money that we get from the students for that day will be shared. Conversely, if one student is absent, then the money will be deducted for one day payment only :(

Anyway, I was happy to be called by my boss while I was teaching.. I know what she wants hehe. She gonna pay my salary yahooooo. Now, I can buy few dvds at Komunis wahaha :) Sorry lor, Im such a big spender; hope dat I can control my monthly expenses. What a happy day for me!!

Twice go to Labuan :)

Hmm I dunno what topic shud I give for this post. After quite a long time didnt update my blog, seems like I miss many parts of my life that I didnt include here :) sounds that Im a bit buzy ya. Well, as usual, Im buzy recently, doing much preparation for my teaching and spent time with family.

Last two weeks (08/08/08 - 09/08/08), I brought my mum to Labuan, just for makan angin hehe to release tension from home. I was quite sad actually since I had been waiting for a long time for the Opening Ceremony of Olympic Beijing... haitzzz cant wait that event :) Dunno la how come I have the interest to go Labuan. Just as a sudden lol... At first, I wanna go there alone, yet I feel pity for my mum cos she is buzy all the time and this is the chance for me to bring her. Without think twice, she followed me. My plan was to do shopping first while we arv Labuan, then only we would ask our cousins to fetch us. To my surprise, the current Labuan is not like the previous Labuan hehehe nothing to see, not only in bandar area but also within Parkson building... Gosh, quite disappointed. My cousin, Watie picked us at Labuan terminal where we stayed for a nite at my auntie' house. However, both my uncle and my auntie went to Brunei :( hahaha so unlucky. Thus, their daughter treated us lo. My mum felt very upset and I still remember, she told me >>> how nice if we go back Brunei in the afternoon. Hehe.. So we only back the next day... Somehow, my auntie also quite shocked to know this .. huh :)

Then the following week, we went to Labuan again and this time, my auntie stayed at Labuan whereas my uncle travelled to Indon. Our main purpose to go there was to attend the "Doa Selamat and Tahlil" for my another uncle who want to perform "umrah". We went there from 16/08/08 to 18/08/08. On saturday, we stayed at auntie's house and the following day, we stayed at uncle's house. I wasn't feel comfortable to stay at uncle's house actually haha. This is fact!! Makan also susah wohh.... Very very hot... house is still ada bau "cat". Regret la.. better we stay with auntie again hehe... Anyway it is such a sweetest moments in my life. I have the chance to enjoy Malay wedding at Labuan too. Unlike mly wedding in Brunei, ppl can enjoy the meal once they arv at the wedding.. Good ah?? So that ppl wont feel gastric and not fighting for food. Nevertheless, its not really hilarious; once after ppl finished their meals, then they go home or go to another wedding ceremony. Kinda boring la... Brunei got adat which is far more pleasant.
