Im back!!!

Hello ppl.... Im back to action! Try to sort out so many things I did for the past few months... which make me buzy, buzy ad buzy...
  • WORKING for 2 DIFFERENT PART TIME JOBS --- Hotel receptionist and Evening Class teacher. Just started as a receptionist on the 7th of December, 2008... it was a good experience contributing to a tertiary sector. Still remember, I went for interview the day before I came for work... meaning I started to work the following day. Well, what come in my mind, working as a receptionist is to address the guest, to do check in/out, and to make reservation but its more than that..... I have to answering fon calls (so many calls from outside make me errrr sasak!!), count the money hahaaa my first time as cashier, sending a confirmation letter for reservation via mails and fax, also communicate with lots of guests who are having many questions that puzzled me. Furthermore, I have to go to the guests' room to help them, for e.g. how to switch on the light, how to open the door? That just very simple matter but somehow, these stupid guests (dunno from which planet they are coming from) dunno how to use the room key card. Working at different shifts - morning, afternoon and night shift, so many differences I can get. Will summarise on my next post.. Anyhow, being as a receptionist is not a challenging job rather it is mor interesting...yeahzz :)

  • January 2009..... I started to teach again for evening class but this year, Im teaching 2 different subjects - History for F3 and also Mandarin for the beginner level. Altogether, Im teaching 3 classes; 2 groups for History whereas 1 group for Mandarin. Simply to say, Im quite buzy by doing 2 different jobs at the same time.... After teaching at night for e.g., I have to catch up with the hotel work. Why I dun sacrifice one of these jobs?? This is a BIG question for me. Because Im planning to travel to KL this year.... so I need to save more $$$.

  • putting together....u can imagine how buzi-ness I am... when I do both different jobs at one day. First, I have to prepare myself for the lessons that Im going to teach, though all notes have already photocopied....and just have to deliver the lesson and then teach! Sounds easy huh?? Yet, I have to explain again and again and again until they got it; and then, give the questions, ask them to do, then we'll discuss the answer or if not enough time, then I will do the marking. Nah, I hate marking actually when come across to their handwritings. Before school holiday, I have to give them a test too...and this is not only for the F3 but also for the ppl who take Mandarin class. In comparing the 2 subjects, teaching Mandarin is more fun as I just have to teach them how to pronounce the Hanyu Pinyin, writing the characters, reading and create simple conversations. Moreover, the ppl who take this language is a mix of young generation to adult.... But again, I have to prepare the lesson. Btw, I dont teach the whole week but only at certain days such as Monday to Wednesday and Saturday to Sunday. Thus, Thusday and Friday is my free time.

Thats all for now... will update another post soon.
